‘The Haunting of Hill House’ Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

Netflix’s The Haunting of Hill House. Maybe you’ve heard of it. The horror television series has been making waves and I’ve finally finished the series. The show is inspired by the 1959 Shirley Jackson novel of the same name but makes some dramatic departures from that source material. Thus, we have a fairly original tale of a dysfunctional family set against the backdrop of an … Continue reading ‘The Haunting of Hill House’ Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

A Look Back: ‘The Crow’ – ScreenHub Entertainment

October 30th. The night before Halloween. To most, the day passes by without much fanfare. There’s nothing special about it. But the same can’t be said of those who have ever watched the 1994 cult film The Crow. The film is equal parts superhero flick and supernatural thriller, with more gothic style than you can shake an eyeliner at. The film’s legacy is marred with … Continue reading A Look Back: ‘The Crow’ – ScreenHub Entertainment

Now that the show … Continue reading ‘Star Wars Resistance: ‘The Recruit’ Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

Bob Woodward’s tell-all book Fear, which documents the first year and a half of the current Presidential administration in the United States, has been selling like hot cakes. Unsurprisingly, the reply from President Trump has been that the novel is largely a work of fiction and ultimately, “fake news”. [Theory] Plot Twist – Is Loki The Master Villain of the MCU? – ScreenHub Entertainment

Spoilers for Avengers Infinity War, but if you haven’t seen it by now we figure you’re just not that interested.

Victims of this cleansing include Idris Elba’s Heimdall and Tom Hiddleston’s Loki. The deaths definitely set the stage for the rest of the film tonally, as it proved that no one will be safe this time around. But upon rewatching the movie at home, I began to wonder if there was more to Loki’s death than meets the eye.
