Simon Kinberg, best know for his work writing The X-Men films Apocalypse, The Last Stand, and Dark Pheonix, as well as being heavily involved with Star Wars Rebels, will write and produce the films. Sources close to Deadline dispute if the films are episodes 10-12, which would continue the … Continue reading New Star Wars Trilogy In Early Development At Lucasfilm – ScreenHub Entertainment

The Penguin Episode Six: ‘Gold Summit’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

Episode six of The Penguin was one of those episodes that pushed the plot forward in more character-driven moments, while also setting the stage for the end of the season. The show featured some kind of time jump, as Oz’s Bliss empire has grown quite a bit, but I have a feeling dark days are ahead for Gotham’s new supplier. While dealing with Bliss and … Continue reading The Penguin Episode Six: ‘Gold Summit’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

Acclaimed Writer Steven Knight Leaves Untitled Rey Star Wars Movie – ScreenHub Entertainment

The still-untitled Star Wars film focusing on Rey after the events of The Rise of Skywalker has lost its second writer. After Damon Lindeloff and Justin Britt-Gibson stepped away from the project, acclaimed writer Steven Knight (Peaky Blinders, Rogue Heroes) stepped in to fill the role in early 2023. But, per Variety, Knight has also stepped away from the project, forcing Lucasfilm, yet again, to … Continue reading Acclaimed Writer Steven Knight Leaves Untitled Rey Star Wars Movie – ScreenHub Entertainment

The Penguin Episode Five: ‘Homecoming’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

While this week’s episode of The Penguin wasn’t as amazing as last week’s supremely excellent offering, it was still a gripping piece of television that moved the plot forward in needful meaningful ways and made the audience question if we’re really supposed to be rooting for the titular lead. Battle lines were drawn and actions were taken that I don’t think can be untaken in … Continue reading The Penguin Episode Five: ‘Homecoming’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

The Penguin Episode Three: ‘Bliss’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

Oz takes a bit of a backseat in this week’s episode of The Penguin to finally shine a light on Vic, the stuttering teen working as his driver. He’s been a bit of a wallflower the past two episodes, but in this week’s entry, the attention shifts firmly to his point of view, showcasing his backstory and his thoughts on his current predicament. Much like … Continue reading The Penguin Episode Three: ‘Bliss’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

The Penguin Episode Two: ‘Inside Man’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

After a gap of around a week and a half, The Penguin returns with its second episode and continues with the intrigue and conspiracy set up in the premiere. The show continues to flex stellar acting across the board and sharp writing, making this show more than just another comic book tie-in project. Even though Oz is nicknamed “Penguin”, he shows just how viper-like he … Continue reading The Penguin Episode Two: ‘Inside Man’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

The Penguin “After Hours” Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

Sorry for the delay on this one, painting a house is taking up a good chunk of my life right now. But I did manage to fit in the premiere of HBO’s latest show and I’m sure it’s one you’ve been excited for. The Penguin is, of course, a spinoff to the acclaimed Matt Reeves film The Batman, and stars Colin Farrell as the titular … Continue reading The Penguin “After Hours” Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Episode Five ‘Halls of Stone’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

If you recall last week’s review, I was pretty cranky with Rings of Power. While I commend the show for not bouncing around as much in season two as in season one, last week’s chosen arcs featured the two I’m just not invested in. Thankfully, this week’s episode, Halls of Stone, was the complete opposite and is perhaps the best episode of the season thus … Continue reading The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Episode Five ‘Halls of Stone’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’: ‘Eldest’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

Thanks to dropping three episodes at once last week, The Rings of Power is already at its mid-season point with this week’s episode and I certainly felt like the show was a bit lost this week. The dwarves, Celebrimbor, and Sauron were noticeably absent this week, which created a somewhat unfulfilling episode. This week, we followed The Stranger, Nori and Poppy, Isildur and company, and … Continue reading ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’: ‘Eldest’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment
