‘Cyberpunk 2077’ Gameplay Thoughts And Reaction – ScreenHub Entertainment

Announced in 2012 with a reveal trailer shown in 2013, Cyberpunk 2077 has become something of an internet myth, largely due to how invisible the game and the developers have been on promoting content for the game to the public since then. The dystopian Blade Runner inspired game from The Witcher developers CD Projeckt Red has been shown to press twice in 2018, once at E3 and more recently, at Gamescon in August of 2018. Each time though, the public ended up getting denied access to that footage, which both infuriated fans and increased the hype around the game. Now, the Polish studio has pulled the veil back and has given us a 48-minute gameplay demo. The studio has stressed that this isn’t a reflection of the final game and that anything is subject to change, but we now have our first impressions of the game. Here are our thoughts on the game!

Is This The Future Of Online Streaming? – ScreenHub Entertainment

The future is digital. When it started, Netflix was the only competitive name in the international market for online streaming content, offering competitive prices and a wide variety of content. Needless to say, the playing field has changed since 2007. Now, audiences have a wide variety of services to chose from, including Amazon Prime, Hulu, HBO Go and the upcoming Disney Streaming Service, which will offer original Marvel content and the upcoming, $100 million Jon Favreau Star Was show. There are more top-tier options to chose from as well, including Sling, Playstation VUE and CBS streaming site All Access, which recently revealed Patrick Stuart’s return as Picard in an upcoming Star Trek show. YouTube has gotten into creating original content with Cobra Kai and Apple is looking to create original content by 2019 after investing $1 billion in the venture.

While the cost of streaming still is cheaper than regular cable for most, how long before those combined costs surpass the cost of cable?

‘The Meg’ Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

When you say it out loud, The Meg sounds ridiculously dumb. The film is about a megalodon, a prehistoric shark that makes the Great White look like a goldfish coming back to haunt modern waters. The only thing in its way is Jason Statham and a group of marine biologists and engineers. And to be fair, the movie actually is pretty dumb. But it’s not as bad as I think we all thought it was going to be. Despite some horrendous writing, the movie actually turns out to a really fun/dumb movie and will be a treat for those who grew up on the monster and disaster films of the 90s.

Why I Think Grindelwald Is A Better Character Than Lord Voldemort – ScreenHub Entertaiment

There’s no doubt in anyone’s mind that Lord Voldemort, the chief antagonist to Harry Potter in the books and films, ranks among one of the best villains of all time. He keeps good company, generally sharing lists that have the likes of Darth Vader and the Joker on them. But while he is a great antagonist, he’s not per se the best character among the Wizarding World’s villains. There is another and while he’s not as menacing as Lord Voldemort (yet), I do think Gellert Grindelwald may, in fact, be a better character than Tom Riddle ever was.

‘Mission: Impossible – Fallout’ Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

Usually, when a film franchise reaches its sixth film, we as audience members tend to roll our eyes and say it’s a lack of creativity, they’re milking it and that it won’t be that good. Movies. Everyone loves them and everyone watches them. Whether it’s watching an escapist form of entertainment, where you’re given a chance to check your brain at the door and just enjoy the movie for what it is, or you seek out a more artistic endeavor that has you thinking and feeling deeply, there’s no denying that movies are a big part of our culture and lives.

As an avid movie watcher though, the 100+ years of films can seem rather overwhelming. With millions of movies to choose from, it can become a difficult task when it comes to picking a movie for your Friday night movie nights. Especially if you’re trying to play catch-up and watch the classics, revisiting films from the past to expand your Film Buff Knowledge.
