House of the Dragon: Episode Five ‘ ‘Regent’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

After the high-stakes battle that played out last week, House of the Dragon returned with a somewhat slower and less urgent episode once more. We learned some interesting pieces of information and got some set up for things to come (some things not for another season at least), but this was very much the calm after the storm. Considering Rhaenys was killed off last week, … Continue reading House of the Dragon: Episode Five ‘ ‘Regent’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

The Acolyte: ‘Choice’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

In its penultimate episode, The Acolyte goes back sixteen years again and fills in the blanks from the first flashback episode. This time, we see the events at Brendock from the point of view of the Jedi and learn what really happened. I deduced two things while watching this episode. One, this episode should have been edited with the first flashback episode. With that in … Continue reading The Acolyte: ‘Choice’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

House of the Dragon Episode 4: ‘The Red Dragon and the Gold’ SPOILERS Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

House of the Dragon delivered what may be the best action sequence in the Westeros setting since the Battle of the Bastards in season six. Audience members waiting for this war to actually kick off certainly got their wish in this episode, with clashing armies, dragons, and some high-stakes outcomes. The Red Dragon and the Gold was front-loaded by political and character-driven scenes, but we’re … Continue reading House of the Dragon Episode 4: ‘The Red Dragon and the Gold’ SPOILERS Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

‘Ferrari’ Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

Ferrari is the first film from legendary director Michael Mann since his 2015 misfire Blackhat. The film stars Adam Driver as the titular car manufacturer as he navigates multiple challenges in the summer of 1957. Ferrari also co-stars Penélope Cruz, Shailene Woodley, Jack O’Connell, and Patrick Dempsey in supporting roles. So, after such a long hiatus, does Michael Mann still have it and is this … Continue reading ‘Ferrari’ Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

The Acolyte: ‘Teach/Corrupt’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

As a result of last week’s complete and utter massacre, the roster of characters on The Acolyte definitely feels smaller but that may actually be working in the show’s favour. With each twin with a different master, we get less bounding around and baggage. The episode is ultimately a pit stop episode and once again is far too short that being said. For the most … Continue reading The Acolyte: ‘Teach/Corrupt’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

House of the Dragon: ‘The Burning Mill’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

The clock moved ever closer to all-out war in the third episode of House of the Dragon’s second season, with “first blood” now being drawn and forces on the march. Yet the show admittedly did feel like it was spinning its wheels a bit, despite the threat and fear of a war between two unstable families with an arsenal of dragons at their disposal. In … Continue reading House of the Dragon: ‘The Burning Mill’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

The Acolyte Episode Five: ‘Night’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

Picking up right where we left off last week, The Acolyte’s fifth episode, titled Night, was all about action and revelation; something the series seriously needs. And it was pretty entertaining, not gonna lie. The show is still flawed and I’ll get into that, but this one offered some entertaining action as well as some surprising deaths. The episode opens with Osha waking up after … Continue reading The Acolyte Episode Five: ‘Night’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

House of the Dragon: ‘Rhaenyra the Cruel’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

House of the Dragon’s second episode this season really makes a hard case to get both the Small Folk of King’s Landing and us, the audience, to start rooting for Team Green. After the horrifying events of last week’s episode, the show wisely puts the spotlight on the characters, as opposed to the action. Some may find this slow or tedious, but considering how rushed … Continue reading House of the Dragon: ‘Rhaenyra the Cruel’ Spoiler Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

‘The Bikeriders’ Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

It’s been a long time coming for The Bikeriders. Originally slated to release under 20th Century back in 2023, the studio opted to sell the film to Focus, pushing it to 2024. That didn’t stop it from being one of my most anticipated of the year; a year chock-full of sequels and franchises. So how was the movie after such a long wait? Let’s find … Continue reading ‘The Bikeriders’ Review – ScreenHub Entertainment

‘Inside Out 2’ Is A Return To Form For Pixar – ScreenHub Entertainment

Ever since 2020’s Soul, the quality of Pixar’s films definitely took on a different direction. While they weren’t bad movies, many of them were fun and cute, they lacked that emotional gut punch most Pixar films are known for and came across, for lack of a better description, as Disney movies first and foremost. I’m happy to report that Inside Out 2 is definitely the … Continue reading ‘Inside Out 2’ Is A Return To Form For Pixar – ScreenHub Entertainment
